Does 'showMibErrors' work?

Hello list,

   does 'showMibErrors', set in ~/.snmp/snmp.conf or 
/etc/snmp/snmp.conf, work?

According to the documentation (man page in my case), showMibErrors set 
is
~/.snmp/snmp.conf should suppress errors during MIB loading. Yet, I get 
these
messages:

$ cat ~/.snmp/snmp.conf
showMibErrors no
mibWarningLevel 0
noTokenWarnings yes

And I know ~/.snmp/snmp.conf is loaded, when I add doDebugging and 
debugTokens to
it, I get more debugging output.
