Re: SNMP in netkit

I was trying to reinstall the snmp and change the configuration, but I
receiving the same message as before, the configuration that I put on SNMP
is the following:

rocommunity mycommunityname

syslocation "mylocation"

syscontact [email protected]


and then I change the following configuration:

# snmpd options (use syslog, close stdin/out/err).

SNMPDOPTS='-Lsd -Lf /dev/null -u snmp -I -smux –p /var/run/snmpd.pid

127.0.0.1'

For this one

# snmpd options (use syslog, close stdin/out/err).

#SNMPDOPTS='-Lsd -Lf /dev/null -u snmp -I -smux -p /var/run/snmpd.pid

127.0.0.1'

SNMPDOPTS='-Lsd -Lf /dev/null -u snmp -I -smux -p /var/run/snmpd.pid
-c /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf'


But I don't know If I have to tweak more the snmpd.conf... Can anyone tell
me what I need to configure?
