make errors with version 5.7.2 under Ubunto version 12.0.4

Just installed a fresh copy of Ubuntu 12.0.4.3 (desktop) on a virtual machine, downloaded net-snmp version 5.7.2 and when I run make, I get the following errors:

Until that point, there was no error or warning.
