Hi Marcelo,
Changing ownership is done via 'chown'. A good place to start would be 
to read the manual page shown when you do 'man chown'
You may try this:
sudo chown -R <username>.<username> /usr/share/snmp/mibs

Replace <username> with the username you use in the Ubuntu VM. This will 
change the ownership of the directory and all files inside it...
