Re: snmpget vs snmpwalk

Hi!

I see no reason why this shouldn't work:

snmpget -v2c -c public  10.10.70.40
PowerNet-MIB::iemStatusProbeCurrentTemp.2

but this:

snmpget -v2c -c public  10.10.70.40 .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.3.2.1.4
<--- should have .2 added to it!

snmptranslate -IR -On PowerNet-MIB::iemStatusProbeCurrentTemp.2
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.3.2.1.4.2

I'd run Wireshark or tcpdump to find out what is actually sent and
received to/from the APC.

Does this work?:

snmpwalk -v2c -c public  10.10.70.40 PowerNet-MIB::iemStatusProbeCurrentTemp

/Fredrik
