Command Line response issue

I have one computer that is returning the following Message when sending an SNMP Get command No Log Handling Enabled - using stderr Logging I am sending the following command; snmpget -v 1 -m ALL -c private 192.168.1.111 instId I can send the same command from other computers with no issue..
