net-snmp Trap Error : Unknown Security Model

Hello,

My Application is not receiving the SNMPV3 traps and the logs which I can see has "Unknown Security Model : 3" error. This is related to USM.
Can you please help why this error got generated.

I am also attaching the wireshark capture to show you the trap details. You should check for Wireshark ID : 492 in the wireshark capture.
Appreciate your response at earliest.
