A question about key derivation

HI 

I have a question about the KDF(key derivation function).

In my code i am going to derive my key using function generate_Ku. As far as
i know, to derive a key, the 'salt' and 'iterations' are nessesary.

so would you please show me where are the salt and iterations in source code
of netsnmp, and what are the values if using md5 and password
'pr3fefreHarARutrApHU'
