netsnmp.lib Could Not Be Found

I am running Windows7. I get the same error when using either

strawberry-perl-5.20.1.1-64bit.msi
strawberry-perl-5.20.1.1-32bit.msi

When trying to install a number of SNMP modules I get the following error during installation:

Please enter the directory where it is located:

**********

The Net::SNMP module installed error free. Can you assist in identifying the error for the netsnmp.lib file not being installed?
