Configuring snmpd.conf best practice

Hi folks,

I am wondering if there is any best practice or your observations for
ordering SNMP directives on snmpd.conf. I don't see such references in the
documentation for ordering of directives.

I am trying to figure out if SNMP agent can take minimum time to
reconfigure / reloading the snmpd.conf whenever there are any updates to
configuration file and reload it. I appreciate your inputs.
