Issues with "forward failed" messages being logged with trap details

Hi - In need of configuring the snmptrapd as a forwarder that can process SNMPv3 traps from devices to another NMS trap destination. Have configured the createUser entries defining one device, tested and works. What is needed is to configure createUser to forward all SNMPv3 traps to NMS trap destination.
