Hi JMJ, Thanks a lot for your response. This is what I have in /etc/snmp/snmptrapd.conf: disableAuthorization yes The cisco config is as follows- snmp-server community public RO snmp-server enable traps config snmp-server host 192.168.6.149 vrf Mgmt-intf public Turns out my router CSRV (running on VM) is not sending traps as I am able to log in the traps when sent via my windows CMD.
