How genearted .so file will link with netsnmpd process?

HI
Whether generated .so  file from SNMP MIB  stub(for example iftable stub code generation) code will link snmpd process(netsnmp process)?  If not which binary file is responsible for that?
Please let us know the service which is responsible for this?
