Undefined reference means the linker can't find the net-snmp
libraries.

By default net-snmp will install in /usr/local, which probably
isn't in your library search path. You didn't mention what
OS/distro you are using. On linux you would update /etc/ld.so.conf
(or add a file to /etc/ld.so.conf.d) and then run ldconfig to
update the search path.
