Change "dskTable" description?

Hello,  The events with description &#34;dskTable&#34; come due to exceeded thresholds.  This is defined in snmpd.conf:   disk    /       15%  disk    /opt    15%   Question:  How to change this very general description &#34;dskTable&#34; to something like eg. &#34;/opt exceeded 15%&#34;?
