REQ: Configure options help

Hi team,
I have set the configure options with disable-agent but I see agent folder is building
Net-snmp 5.8
cd ./../../contrib/net-snmp-5.8 && ./configure \
--without-perl-modules --disable-embedded-perl --disable-agent --disable-applications --disable-manuals --disable-scripts \
--with-default-snmp-version="3" --with-sys-contact="contact" --with-sys-location="location" --with-logfile="." --with-persistent-directory="." --with-mib-modules="mps"
Line 19487: making all in /home/build/mana_37_10_netsnmp/usr.src/contrib/net-snmp-5.8/snmplib
Line 19687: making all in /home/build/mana_37_10_netsnmp/usr.src/contrib/net-snmp-5.8/agent
Line 19808: making all in /home/build/mana_37_10_netsnmp/usr.src/contrib/net-snmp-5.8/agent/helpers
Line 19822: making all in /home/build/mana_37_10_netsnmp/usr.src/contrib/net-snmp-5.8/agent/mibgroup

But in net-snmp 5.5, I don't see agent building.

making all in /home/build/TOT/usr.src/contrib/net-snmp/mibs
Please assist me in where I am going wrong ?
