Hi Paul Thanks for the Reply I am Using “net-snmp-5.4.2.1-1.win32. exe ” my system os Win10 32 bit OS , My Purpose is to configure SNMP V3 in Some of our Systems . Also tried with “Win32OpenSSL_Light-1_1_1g” the result is same error Message . I'd suggest seeing if whoever supplied it has a version with it compiled in, or finding another supplier for such software.
