Errors installing NET-SNMP cywgin

Good morning,

i have several problems, when installing the net-snmp library on Windows
with Cygwin.
1. I've downloaded the latest version und unzipped it.
2. moved to the directory of the library and executed "./configure"
3. tried to execute "make" --> then I've received several errors
--> errors shown in the attached pictures
Another test i've made is to compile the example.c from the website.
There i've received the error that the "libsnmpmibs" and "lnetsnmpagent" is
missing.
