I am encountering an issue with Net-SNMP that appears to be related to a previously reported problem, as detailed in the following GitHub issue: https://github.com/net-snmp/net-snmp/issues/803. I recently downloaded the Net-SNMP 5.9.4 source code from the official site (net-snmp.org). However, it seems that the fix discussed in the GitHub issue (i.e., SSL_CTX_set_max_proto_version(tlsdata->ssl_context, 0)) is not present in the source code. As a result, I am experiencing the same error when compiling net-snmp-5.9.4/snmplib/.libs/libnetsnmp.a with my source code. Could you please advise on the following: 1. Do I need to manually apply the code change mentioned above to my local Net-SNMP 5.9.4 source code repository? 2. Is there any readily available patch release or code to update that addresses this issue, which I should apply instead? 3. Are there any important patches or updates that I should consider applying on top of the Net-SNMP 5.9.4 source code? I have searched through the Net-SNMP website but could not find any relevant information. I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed to resolve this issue. Thank you for your support.
