Question about service

I set a new service with the following configuration

  service[dsl102]=NOTES;0;24x7;3;2;1;webpin;120;24x7;1;1;0;;check_nrpe!check_notes

It's check the Lotus Notes process  in another machine, to test it I
shutdown the Notes during one hour and a half,I see the service enable and
checking and sending the critical message, but I didn't received any
notification.
