Dear Fabio,
In the ./contrib/database directory in the distribution you should find a
SQL script called create_mysql.
You can run this through from the command line with something like
$ mysql -u {username} -p {password} -B {databasename} <create_mysql
You will need to have setup your mysql server etc and should read :
the documentation at :
http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/xdata-db.html
for database, security and user creation also see:
http://www.mysql.com/documentation/mysql/bychapter/manual_Tutorial.html#Data
base_use
http://www.mysql.com/documentation/mysql/bychapter/manual_MySQL_Database_Adm
inistration.html#User_Account_Management
Regards,
Mark
