Well I fixed the problem. To all those kids watching from home here is what the problem was. - Copied the file to my local machine to do the editing, ftp'ed the file back to the server. Forgot that since I ftp'ed as myself that I was the owner, once I changed over the security of the file to netsaint then it worked like a charm. This problem wont affect me again!
