I think what you are looking for is /your/path/to/netsaint/share
This includes the HTML files that create the main frame page, as well as
the main menus and the stylesheets that control the overall appearance of
the beast.
Back that up and muddle around with it. I have used it to shrink the menu
sidebar, add our logo, resize the NetSaint logo, and remove menu options we
do not have enabled or simply do not use.
