NSClient Problems

Two days in a row now my Application EventLog was filled to capacity
with errors from NSClient on one of my NT 4.0 servers:

      NSClient Error: PDH.dll Collect CPU - ERROR: 0x800007D6

I'm not even monitoring the CPU Load on this server.  Any ideas?  I know
I've seen this one in the archives, but with no real solution.  Any
ideas from the people who wrote this?
