It is possible to do so, but you will probably have to write your own 
scripts.  The scripts should execute one of the native Solaris commands to 
retrieve CPU information and then do a comparison based on your criteria.

"drshow ALL CPU" is the only command that I know of - but not sure if that
is easily scriptable.
