Netsaint Availability report - % Time Undetermined

Hi there!

I'm having problems with Availability report and % Time Undetermined value.
Usually for example observing "All Services Availability" -report % Time
Undetermined shows 100% for many services when choosing report type:
"Yesterday", "Last Week", "This Month", "Last Month", "Last Year". When
choosing proper Report Range (for example from beginning of this month to
his day) Undetermined value is 2,27% for all services. If choose a bit
longer period (report range) Undetermined value is smaller one (scaling!?)
and also it has been generated for all services. This can't be true.
Moreover if choose report type to be some of these: "Last 24 hours",
"Today", "This Week", "Last 7 Days", "This Year" problem never exists! Same
kind of problem happens to Host Availability reports too.

What could be problem with that? I have collected data over many months and
this problem is gonna spoil SLA type reporting which I am trying to provide
for users. I'm using latest Netsaint software + plugins etc. on Solaris 2.6
(that's a bit from Ancient Times but still). I have found something related
to this matter but nothing which could make things better. May somebody can
help me...!
