I'm not sure if this is a part of your problem, but if you accept the default range for the availability report then it includes the time up to the end of "Today", with that time between when you run the report and midnight being reported as Time Undetermined. With regard to other services showing all time at 100% unavailable, I'm not too sure on this but it might have something to do with those services never having any outages and hence no entries in the log file. At least that is what I have blamed 100% unavailable entries on :-). I've found setting the "Initial States Logging Option" in the main netsaint.cfg config file helps. See the doco for more details on this parameter.
