Hi, I've got a problem with the Service State Trends graph not displaying anything for some services in the past. The specific case is we pull up the chart for a service that has not had any problems for the entire previous month, so the logs contain no state changes. The chart defaults to showing the current month, so we select "Last month" from the Report Period dropdown box, and then the chart comes up as indeterminate for 100% of the previous month. I've tried entering a larger number in the Backtracked archives field, but it doesn't help. The chart generation doesn't seem to look back in the logs for that last time the state went OK, which may have been months ago, to determine what the current state of the service is. The chart generation does however figure it out correctly for the current month, it's just some of the time periods in the past where it fails. Has anyone worked around this problem, or is it a bug?
