on a FreeBSD box 
unix# uname -a
FreeBSD unix.mydomain.com 4.7-RELEASE FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE #0: Wed Oct  9 15:08:34 GMT 2002     [email protected]:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC  i386

I want to monitor my AIX  cpu, disk, logs, database via netsaint.
The AIX box runs Oracle RAC9i.

Any one did that before? I need the hosts.cfg...
What should be run on AIX as services  in order to  moniytor such as SNMP ..etc
and How to start it on the system.

any input in this issue, would be really appreciated
