wrong percentage for availability reports

We are learning NetSaint for the first time.  We installed NetSaint version
0.0.7b8.  We have collected data for about a month and when we click on the
Availability link and run the report for all host, we get strange result
depending on the data range we enter.  For example, we had zero downtime
yesterday but if I run the report from 6/3 to 6/4 all host read 78.03% up.
I would like to note that there is also 100% in parentheses next to the
78.03% up.  Are we just interpreting the report wrong?  Do we have something
configured improperly?  If anyone else is experiencing similar results
please help!!!  We are trying to provide reports ongoing to the management
staff but don't want to show them this if it doesn't say 100% all the time..
