Monitoring of netsaint

Finally, I have worked out how to install Netsaint, but here is my issue When clicking on any of the monitoring tools links such as "Stauts Overview" I receive an error "unable to find the file or directory named /cgi-bin/netsaint/status.cgi" Can I get some help or direction on this please.
