Hello, I noticed that some user got hung up on ssh somehow so I killed his processes. Problem is he some how still shows up on who. Does anyone know how to clean this up? Wondering if I need to restart something besides ssh and netsaint, cause neither seemed to fix it. Series of commands that may make clear .. root@secure1 [/usr/local/netsaint]# w 12:01am up 110 days, 7:49, 3 users, load average: 0.00, 0.02, 0.00 USER TTY FROM LOGIN@ IDLE JCPU PCPU WHAT root pts/1 63.76.229.222 11:50pm 0.00s 0.04s 0.01s w root@secure1 [/usr/local/netsaint]# who root pts/1 Aug 25 23:50 (63.76.229.222) hanes pts/2 Jul 25 04:05 (abort.boom.net) hanes pts/3 Jul 25 04:06 (abort.boom.net) root@secure1 [/usr/local/netsaint]# who -q root hanes hanes # users=3 So, although there is only one user, it somehow reads three. Any ideas? Thanks and regards :) Andres ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: OSDN - Tired of that same old cell phone?
