Netsaint with RH7.3

Anyone having luck running netsaint with 7.3?  I get unreachable messages
from netsaint, as I understand it, because of a change in the ping output
under 7.3 
 
I replaced the 7.3 ping with the 7.2 version, with no fix.  Anyone have any
magic bullets other than running a diff and recompiling the pluggins?
