nagios on CygWin

Hi guys,

I've finally managed to get nagios compiled and setup on CygWin. The main remaining problem now is the infamous CGI error:
'It appears as though you do not have permission to view information for any of the services you requested' when going to the service detail view

- I don't think it's a user/group issue, as the page can sometimes be accessed (tactical overview always working)
- I've disable authentication- still no success

Any ideas?
