Unable to view pages

Hi,

Finally I sort of have netsaint running, the problem I have is that any of
the links that I click on displays "Error: Could not read host and service
status notification". Then if I click on the view config link on the side
pane and select say "services" I then get an error displaying

"It appears as though you do not have permission to view the configuration
information you requested....

If you believe this is an error, check the HTTP server authentication
requirements for access this CGI and check the authorization options in your
CGI configuration file"

I am logged on as root and I have added root to the netsaint group, I tried
changing the user and group for apache to netsaint and nobody but it never
worked.

Any help on this!!
