Other than the facilities offered with normal 11g?  Not really.

The two radios will interfere with each other, since you have no way to 
co-ordinate the operation of the two.  (That is, unless you've got a 
highly custom solution, but we won't go there right now.)

The fundamental issue is that if a client of, say, the 'b' radio is 
sending a frame, and the 'g' radio transmits during this time, the 
incoming (11b) frame will be smashed.  (And vica versa.)
