Is M$ Windows Update your homepage?  If so, NoCat probably doesn't like
this.  I don't know what the issues are, but I remember reading in the
docs that it is "broken" (and what that means I don't know).

Try changing your homepage to something useful like Google and see if
the redirect works.  :)
