Nocat gpg problem

Dear All,

I'm already try a lot of method to solve this problem, but it's still
not worked.
Including read a lot of mailing list archieve, "googling" but still stuck.
there is no problem with pgp permissions and i do both using different
machine for authserv and gateway or the same machine but still the
same.

[2004-11-01 01:07:06] gpg --sign --armor
--homedir=/usr/local/nocat/authserv/cgi-bin/../pgp --keyring
trustedkeys.gpg --no-tty -o- returned error message:
gpg: Warning: using insecure memory!
gpg: Sorry, no terminal at all requested - can't get input
[2004-11-01 01:07:06] gpg --sign --armor
--homedir=/usr/local/nocat/authserv/cgi-bin/../pgp --keyring
trustedkeys.gpg --no-tty -o- returned error: Illegal seek ( 2 )

I know but this problem already in mailing list posted several times
ago and i always read it, but there is not change anything. I using
Redhat Linux and using gnupg 1.06. I already try to install both in
linux and freebsd but no change...:((

Any bodey help me please..
