Permit access just top a url, not a whole domain

Hello,

I would like to permit web traffic before logging in
to some URLs, but I can't find a IPTables rule to do
this (the only thing I can do with nocat is to permit
web trafic to a host, but not to a specific url in
this host).

Is this possible?
