i've been thinking about that and paypal has several types of service.
I think that the ssl merchant store type account would work really well 
in this case, you know something like listed here: 
http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_merchant-outside

I guess the real trick is getting paypal to ack back a yes/no through a 
proxied CGI to open nocat's iptables to the customer...
