I believe the bug only shows-up when using XP(SP2) without IE.  I have recieved complaints from users using Firefox on SP2,
but they report no problems when using IE.  This bug is present with both Open and Passive modes...  BUT - I have not been
able to duplicate problem myself after breaking down and installing SP2 on my laptop.  I installed SP2 and went straight to
Firefox without making any custom settings. Capture -> Login -> Redirect. No Problem.  The only difference i can see is that
i had Firefox installed before installing SP2...
