Problem whith NOCAT

Hello

	I have a problem whith NoCatAuth.
			
There is a log from my ssl_error.log:

There is a result if I do not include in http.conf the line "Include
usr/local/nocat/etc/autheserv.conf"


If I include this line, I have not start the Apache and I have this result:
