NoCatAuth + Accounting + mysql

Hi,

after some fights to put this working i finnaly did it. But i couldn't 
stop for too long, so...
i trying installing the Radius Accounting Patch from pogozone and the 
DBI mysql patch, that makes the
accounting data be sent to a table in the mysql database.

But after putting this last one, i'm getting some errors, and even the 
inital splash page don't show.

I got this errors in the ssl error log:

Does anyone tried to make all this work?
And have any clue how to solve this?
