Open mode

Hello To All, 


I am trying to setup my nocat to "Open" as my Gateway Mode, I realize
that the first time I access to the internet it prompt the splash.html
then I will click the login and it will redirect to the webiste i am
trying to go to. But when I try to open another internet explorer to
go to another website the splash.html does not appear, the nocat
redirect me automatically to the website i inputed the internet
explorer. It is possible to prompt again the splash.html everytime I
open another internet explorer.
