Hi,

Actually nocat plays with firewalls rules, so as long as your haven't
made any connections, the packets coming from your computer will be
marked 0x4, when you make a connection, your packets (the couple of
packets coming from your MAC and IP) are marked as 0x1 (I think for open
mode).
So as soon as the door is open on the firewall, it can be reopened
before it is closed, kind of good sense no?

So it doesn't seems to be possible, to have the splash plage on every
new Internet Explorer window, as long as you don't delete the iptables
rules created by nocat every minute...

Anyway, you shouldn't use Internet Explorer
:p
