perl error messages from nocat-auth server

I've got NoCat sort-of working but am worried by messages like those below in 
the auth server's log (apache-ssl's log file).

Are these errors I should worry about or just warnings?
How can I find out what is causing them (and stop it)?

(as you might guess, I'm not a Perl Person!)

What I should say is that this is a "same host" setup ...
