Radius Patches from pogozone

How Exactly do you apply the patches from
http://www.pogozone.com/projects/nocat? Can you apply them to a already
running gateway and authserver or do you have to rebuild everything? If
we need to rebuild were do I put the patches for them to apply
correctly?
