NoCatSplash 0.92 patches

I have fixed the followings in NoCatSplash 0.92.  Please find the
patch file as attached.
- fix bind failure when restart
- sleep 2 seconds before redirect user to target URL after logon
- daemonization of NoCatSplash

As I said in the separate thread, I have built debian packages for nocatsplash:

Woody:
deb package : http://www.voyage.hk/dists/woody/archives/ 
apt-getting: adding "deb http://www.voyage.hk/dists/woody ./" in
/etc/apt/sources.list

Sarge:
deb package : http://www.voyage.hk/dists/sarge/nocatsplash/
apt-getting : adding "deb http://www.voyage.hk/dists/sarge ./" in
/etc/apt/sources.list
