Pls help: After successful login (LDAP) then error

Hi,

 

Sorry about my bad english.

 

I'm trying to install captive portal using Nocat Actares to login with
single LDAP auth system. 

 

It seem successful loged-in but get Internal Server Error page.

 

This is the error message in apache ssl error log :

Is this wrong with LDAP.pm? But I don't know how to fix.. Or

 

Is it wrong with my apache configuration?
