Gateway Idle Timeout ??....Help?

Hi,
I'm using Nocat Nightly Auth and gateway with free radius
successfully(Thanks for NoCat Group). As my WLAN and Auth/Gateway server
connects through a router I'm not getting MAC addresses of connected
clients. As a result Idle timeout dosent work. Has anybody know a
solution..? I'm trying to fix this for months and no luck.. so far...
